As sometimes happens, the signs went viral on social media and now everyone is watching for the latest Milkway funny sign! It makes me wonder, are there people waiting to see what we post every Friday? In almost ten years of posting funny signs every single week, this is perhaps my favourite. The town of Listowel Ontario has found a really fun way to put smiles on the faces of it's residents during the pandemic. It appears it all started with a sign by Speedy Auto Glass asking the neighbouring Dairy Queen if they wanted to have a sign war. I doubt anyone expected what followed. Every company with a sign jumped in on the fun, often with little fun jabs to others to spur on participation. It appears that new signs are still going up even as I post this. Facebook user Makayla Hill has been posting adding them here.
